Part of what makes our pieces so enjoyable and ergonomic to use every day is the thinness at which we make each piece. All pieces are tested heavily before being sold to ensure they withstand the basic bumps of everyday life. We continue to use every single one of the items we sell in our own life. However, ceramics is still fragile.
**Consider our pieces the way you would a wine glass:
With proper care, they last a very long time. We highly encourage you to wash all of our items in the dishwasher. If placed securely, your piece is sure to last and avoid the accidental slippages more common when hand washing an item.
Please note: We stand by the integrity of our craftsmanship (honed over more than a decade of working in ceramics) and know from our own direct everyday use that pieces don’t break without cause.
